Milieu Insight is a consumer research and analytics company that helps businesses thrive in a data-driven world of rapid change. By readily providing reliable insights, Milieu becomes a catalyst; for companies to make the right decisions at critical moments. Our Challenge starts with structuring Milieu's wealth of content, making the information easy to navigate and digest on the site.
We started with a sprint, where we prioritised their goals and aligned on what they wanted to achieve with the site. From there, we designed the information architecture that works for Milieu, organising and condensing their complex research into an intuitive platform.
We suggested that Milieu showcase its community upfront, where burning questions about current affairs are answered and updated in real time. We also created a library of snapshots that Milieu can use to give tidbits of their insights to the users at a glance.
By designing the site to be digestible, we probe users to explore and dive deeper into Milieu's offerings. With that, Milieu can better engage and connect with anyone that wants to inspire change.
